Netrusov's Approach to Function Spaces
Abstract:
In 1992 Y. Netrusov published a short note, entitled
"Spectral synthesis in spaces of smooth functions", where several
important results about Besov and Lizorkin-Triebel spaces were
announced without proof. Under some restrictions on the spaces,
proofs were published in the joint book by D. R. Adams and the
lecturer, but in their full generality they have remained
unpublished. Later Netrusov has extended his results to an axiomatic
setting which includes the spaces mentioned above. The purpose of
these lectures is to present this theory in as much detail as time
permits.
